A domain name is the address of a website on the internet. Identity to a website consists of a unique combination of letters, numbers, and hyphens that users type into their web browsers to access a specific website.
We have 3 types of Domain Name registration and 1 for transferring your domain to us:
- Domain Registration: General Top-Level Domains (TLDs) and the famous ones that are used worldwide include .com, .net, .co, and many more.
- .MY Domain Name: .my is a Country Code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs) for Malaysia. .my domain name extension is available here.
- Country Domain Name: Country Code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs) are targeted in the Asia region. Subdomains are not available.
- Domain Transfer: Transfer your Domain to us with only 4 steps. There will be a charge for renewal fee for the first month.
Top-level domains (TLDs) are the highest level of domain names in the Domain Name System (DNS) hierarchy. Examples of TLDs include .com, .org, .net, .gov and many more. You can check on Domain Registration page for more TLDs options and to register your domain with us!
A subdomain is a part of a larger domain and is used to organize and navigate to different sections or pages of a website. For example, “blog.example.com” is a subdomain of “example.com.” or “example.co.uk” is a subdomain of “example.uk”.
Domain privacy protection, also known as WHOIS privacy or private registration, is a service offered by domain registrars to protect your personal contact information (such as name, address, email, and phone number) from being publicly displayed in the WHOIS database, which stores domain ownership information.
Some domains provide WHOIS privacy, some domains don’t, specifically in Country Code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs). For more information, visit our Country Domain Name page.
If you fail to renew your domain before its expiration date, it will enter a Renewal Grace Period during which you can still renew it without any additional fees.
If the grace period passes, your domain may enter a Redemption Grace Period, during which you can still reclaim it, but with additional redemption fees. If you do not reclaim the domain during the redemption period, it may become available for anyone to register again.
